LITHO
DIGITAL
When it comes to printing your product, we offer two options: litho printing and digital printing. Litho printing is a traditional method that uses printing plates, while digital printing is a newer technology that prints directly from a digital file. Both options have their benefits, so it's important to choose the one that best suits your needs.

What is Litho Printing?Process: Litho printing is a wet ink process. Traditional Method: It dates back to 1796 and relies on fast-moving rollers and individual printing plates. Offset Litho Printing: The ink is “offset” from the plates to the roller before finally reaching the paper. Color Consistency: Litho printing provides consistent color accuracy and clarity. Special Effects: Ideal for projects requiring metallic inks or UV varnishing.

What is Digital Printing?Process: Digital printing is a dry powder process. Technology: It uses large laser printers that operate at high speeds. Print Quality: Digital printers produce high-quality prints using toner (fine colored powder). How It Works: The print image is “drawn” onto the machine’s printing drum by a built-in laser. A static charge on the drum reflects the image to be printed. Fine toner powder adheres to this static charge, creating the print image. The image is then rolled onto paper and heated to set the toner in place
